1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the player" or "you") and bk65 ("the platform", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of bk65.vu and any associated mobile applications.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the bk65 platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to comply with them. Your continued use of the platform after any updates to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

These Terms apply to all users accessing the platform from the Philippines. Use of the platform outside of the Philippines is not authorised and is done at the user's own risk.

2. Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on bk65, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You are accessing the platform for personal, recreational use only — not on behalf of a third party.

bk65 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be registered by or on behalf of ineligible individuals will be suspended and any funds may be withheld pending investigation.

3. Account Registration and KYC

Each person may hold only one account on bk65. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. If multiple accounts are identified belonging to the same individual, bk65 reserves the right to close the additional accounts and review any associated balances.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for keeping your account details current. Providing false information during registration — including your name, date of birth, or contact details — is grounds for immediate account termination.

Before deposits and withdrawals are enabled, you must complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification by submitting a valid Philippine government-issued identification document. Accepted documents include a Philippine National ID (PhilSys), passport, driver's licence, or equivalent. KYC is reviewed promptly, and your documents are used solely for identity verification purposes.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. bk65 will never ask for your full password via email or chat. Any activity carried out using your login credentials is your responsibility unless you have reported a security issue to us promptly.

4. Deposits and Payments

All deposits on bk65 are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). The platform does not accept deposits in any other currency.

Supported deposit methods include Philippine bank transfers, mobile banking apps, and local electronic wallets available in the Philippines. The specific methods available to you will be shown in your account's cashier section. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction are displayed at the point of deposit.

Deposits must be made only from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where a payment is made from an account or method belonging to another person — are not permitted and may result in account suspension and the return of funds.

Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit methods on the bk65 platform. Only the payment methods listed in the cashier are valid for funding your account.

Deposits are credited to your PHP wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider. bk65 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing timelines.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed in Philippine Peso to a nominated Philippine bank account or verified payment method registered in your name. KYC verification must be completed in full before any withdrawal request will be processed.

bk65 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals or where account activity triggers a review. This is a standard security measure and is not an indication of wrongdoing on your part.

Withdrawal requests are processed during standard business hours. Processing times vary depending on the method and are not guaranteed to be instant. Once a withdrawal is approved by bk65, the time taken for funds to reach your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

Pending withdrawals may be reviewed if unusual account activity is detected. In cases of suspected fraud or breach of these Terms, bk65 may hold withdrawal requests until an investigation is complete.

6. Betting Rules

Bets placed on bk65 are governed by the specific rules applicable to each product — sports betting, live casino, slots, or eBingo. These product-level rules are published within the relevant sections of the platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

Key general betting rules applicable across the platform:

• All bets are placed and settled in PHP.
• Bets are final once confirmed. Cancellations are not permitted except where explicitly allowed by the platform's product rules.
• In the event of a technical error during a game or bet placement, bk65 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes.
• In-play bets on sports markets are subject to the odds available at the time the bet is confirmed by the system — not the odds displayed at the moment you clicked.
• Any bet suspected of being placed through automated means or in coordination with others to exploit pricing errors will be voided.

bk65 reserves the right to limit bet amounts, restrict access to certain markets, or decline bets at its discretion without being required to provide a reason.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

bk65 may offer bonuses, promotions, cashback arrangements, or other incentives to players from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be communicated at the time the promotion is made available.

Where bonus terms specify wagering requirements, these must be satisfied before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The full terms of each promotion — including eligibility, wagering requirements, time limits, and applicable games — are posted alongside the promotion itself.

bk65 does not guarantee that any specific promotion will be available at any given time. Promotions may be amended, suspended, or withdrawn at any time. Players who attempt to abuse promotion mechanics — including through the use of multiple accounts or coordinated play — will have their bonus access revoked and may have their accounts reviewed.

8. Responsible Gaming

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bk65 platform:

• Registering more than one account per person.
• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Coordinating with other players to exploit pricing errors, system bugs, or promotion mechanics.
• Using another person's payment method to fund your account.
• Attempting to reverse transactions fraudulently through your payment provider (chargebacks).
• Using the platform for any purpose related to money laundering or the proceeds of crime.
• Accessing the platform on behalf of a person who is self-excluded, underage, or otherwise ineligible.

Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where required by law.

10. Account Suspension and Closure

bk65 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• A breach of these Terms is identified or suspected.
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion is suspected.
• The account holder is found to be ineligible under Section 2.
• A valid self-exclusion request has been submitted.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period in accordance with our dormant account policy.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, funds may be held until the matter is resolved. bk65 will communicate the outcome of any investigation to the account holder through the registered contact details on the account.

You may also close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method after standard checks are completed.

11. Limitation of Liability

bk65 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain consistent uptime, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from interruptions, errors, or delays.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bk65 is not liable for any loss of funds, loss of data, missed bets, or other damages arising from:

• Technical failures, server downtime, or connectivity issues.
• Errors in odds or game results that are subsequently corrected.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Unauthorised access to your account where you have not taken reasonable precautions to protect your login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

12. Changes to These Terms

bk65 may update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the effective date shown at the top of this page. Where practical, we will also notify registered players through the contact details on their accounts.

Your continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should cease using the platform and contact support to close your account.
